The START Plan includes responses for up to 30 reviews per week (starting every Sunday). If your volume exceeds this and you want to maintain 100% real-time coverage, we offer add-on packages for up to 50 or 100 reviews per week. We always process responses starting from the oldest to the newest to ensure no customer is left behind.

Monthly, you will fill out a Briefing Form in your Notion Dashboard with the highlights for the upcoming month (promotions, events, new dishes). Based on this, we present a schedule in Notion for your approval or adjustments. Once approved, we handle the posting.
