  • It is vital to respond to every review—especially the negative ones. For 1 or 2-star ratings, our team isolates them and uploads them to your Notion Dashboard for your specific guidance. You will be notified once a week about any critical reviews that require your input, ensuring we address them with the right context and care.

  • The START Plan includes responses for up to 30 reviews per week (starting every Sunday). If your volume exceeds this and you want to maintain 100% real-time coverage, we offer add-on packages for up to 50 or 100 reviews per week. We always process responses starting from the oldest to the newest to ensure no customer is left behind.

  • Monthly, you will fill out a Briefing Form in your Notion Dashboard with the highlights for the upcoming month (promotions, events, new dishes). Based on this, we present a schedule in Notion for your approval or adjustments. Once approved, we handle the posting.

  • No, this plan focuses on Search (Google) and Delivery (Apps). For Social Media, check our CORE Plan.

  • We perform a comprehensive monthly update to keep your profile at Full Strength. However, because Google frequently rolls out new features and algorithm updates, a profile may occasionally show "pending updates" or a temporary status change. Rest assured, our team identifies and resolves these during our next scheduled optimization round.
