The START Plan includes responses for up to 30 reviews per week (starting every Sunday). If your volume exceeds this and you want to maintain 100% real-time coverage, we offer add-on packages for up to 50 or 100 reviews per week. We always process responses starting from the oldest to the newest to ensure no customer is left behind.
